Our Sterilization Standards
At Dr. Paul's Dental Health Care, we adhere to strict international sterilization protocols. We follow a rigorous 4-step sequence to guarantee the highest level of hygiene and clinical safety.
Hand Cleaning & Chemical Rinsing
All instruments undergo thorough hand scrubbing and washing using disinfectants to remove macro debris immediately after use.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Instruments are placed in a high-frequency ultrasonic cleaner. Sound waves create micro-cavitation bubbles that clean hard-to-reach joints and crevices.
High-Pressure Steam Autoclaving
Cleaned instruments are sealed in sterile pouches and placed inside our high-pressure autoclave. Saturated steam at 121°C or 134°C destroys all spores, viruses, and bacteria.
UV Cabinet Storage
Post-autoclaving, pouches are stored in dedicated Ultraviolet (UV) sterilization cabinets to maintain complete sterility until they are opened in front of the patient.
Disposable & Single-Use Instruments
Wherever possible, we utilize disposable, single-use materials to completely eliminate the risk of cross-infection. Items like syringes, suction tips, patient drapes, glass cups, gloves, and masks are disposed of safely immediately after a single consultation.
Our autoclaves undergo regular testing using physical, chemical, and biological indicators to ensure optimal efficiency and total sterility.
Certified Autoclaves
Regular spore tests conducted for quality control assurance.
